It would offer 126 hours of local programming per broadcast week. There would be 18 hours of spoken word programming per broadcast week. News programming per broadcast week would total 8 hours, 20 minutes (75% local, 15% regional). The station would offer 84 hours per broadcast week of live-to-air programming. The licence would expire 31 August 2018.
