In the TV soap opera Une vie, Jean-Marc Provost recounted the difficulties encountered by a politician following the scandal caused by his alcoholic wife.
From 1982 to 1985, Télé-Métropole would air 108 episodes of Une vie. This TV soap opera, directed by Roger Legault and Paul Lepage, notably starred Léo Ilial and Angèle Coutu.
