To Tell the Truth

Broadcast Run:
1962 to 1964
Broadcast Medium:
Television

A Canadian version of this familiar half-hour Goodson-Todman game show, in which a panel had to decide which of three guests claiming to be the same person was telling the truth, was scheduled on CTV at the start of the 1962-63 season, at 10:00pm on Tuesdays. The regular panel consisted of Toby Tarnow, Robert Hall, Dorothy Cameron and Stan Helleur, and the chairman was Don Cameron. To Tell the Truth was produced by Syd Banks, who provided CTV with a lot of valuable Canadian content programming during the Network's early years.
