Mr. T. co-starred as a tough, streetwise private investigator and former boxer T.S. Turner, with Canadian actress Kristina Nicoll, a sharp-witted East coast lawyer named Terri Taler. They teamed up to battle greed and corruption. Each week the pair took on another dangerous case, full of fast-paced action, drama, tension and suspense. Other characters included Amanda Taler (Alex Amini), Danforth Decker (David Nerman), Martha Robinson (Jackie Richardson), Dectective Dick Hargrove (David Hemblen) and Detective Jones (Ken James).

Based on an original idea from Michael Hirsh, president of Nelvana Productions Limited. Filmed in and around Toronto, the show was sold and aired in 25 countries around the world.
