Points East, Points West



Aired Thursday nights from May 27 to October 14, 1976.

This half hour musical variety series, featured regional productions that were designed as pilots for future shows. Programs originated in Vancouver, Montreal, Halifax, Edmonton and St. John's.

From Vancouver a music show featuring Judy Ginn and Jim Walchuk, a brother and sister act. This show called Judy and Jim, was picked up in 1977. It was produced by Mike Watt. The Montreal production featured Jean-Guy Moreau in a show called Mission Moreau Possible. From Halifax, That Maritime Feelin' and from Edmonton, two productions, one with Nancy Nash and the other with Gabrielle Bujeaud.

The St. John's shows, produced by Kevin O'Connell, starred Beth Harrington and David Michael.
