Bandwagon with Bob Francis

Aired Thursday nights from September 1972 to June, 1973. Repeated during the day, in the spring of 1975.
Bob Francis hosted this musical program dedicated to the Big Band era. It succeeded In The Mood with Jack Duffy, but was more adventurous musically speaking. Contemporary arrangements of swing era tunes offered Francis an opportunity to shine as the lead singer with a band led by Guido Basso.
The series was produced in Toronto by Aubrey Tadman and Garry Ferrier. The show was directed by Barry Cranston.
