The host Mitsou Gélinas shared her enjoyment of eating good healthy food with chef Stefano Faita and researcher Richard Béliveau. Every week, Kampaï! featured a special kind of food, for example, olive oil, green tea or ginger. A guest chef often joined the team to explain how to make the best use of the ingredient that wasn't generally found in a conventional cupboard or fridge, whether it was algae or a spice like curcuma. Richard Béliveau described the positive effects that this food could have on our health.
