Guess What?

Broadcast Run:
1983 to 1987
Broadcast Medium:
Television

Another half-hour game show from the inventive minds of New Yorkers Roger Muir and Nick Nicholson, whose Definition series ran for fifteen years on CTV, Guess What? was hosted by Robin Ward, and featured families competing in a quiz game for cash and prizes.

Produced and directed by Sidney Cohen (himself a game-show specialist, who later created and produced The Mad Dash), Guess What? originated in the studios of CFCF Montreal. It ran for four years as a daytime strip at 10:00am, as a companion piece to Muir/Nicholson’s Definition, which played at 10:30am.
