Returning for a fourth season in 2004 with 22 episodes, this one-hour drama series captured the ups and downs of big city life when a good-hearted country doctor (Billy Ray Cyrus) fell for a beautiful magazine writer and moved from Montana to New York City to be with her. The misplaced cowboy-boot wearing country doctor suffered culture shock in New York, but his down-to-earth bedside manner and compassion endeared him to his patients while turning his clinic's administrative and medical procedures topsy-turvy.
