Young Canadian actor Justin Louis hosted Dance Mix, a dance series that showcased other young Canadian talent. Original rap performances and interviews with hot young Canadian composers and musicians were interspersed throughout every half-hour, along with performances by young teens from Ontario's best dance schools. Taped before a lively, multi-ethnic audience, the show encouraged the audience to participate, dance and enjoy the performances and music. At the end of each show, the audience selected the best dancer or couple who were awarded a prize.
