Broadcast Run:
1965 to 1970
Broadcast Medium:
Television

Aired weekday afternoons, at various times, from 1965 to 1970.

This 30 minute fitness program was hosted by Bonnie Prudden, who was one of the most popular trainers on television, in her day. This program was known for its accessible exercises and work-outs long before anyone paid regular visits to the gym.

Produced by Des Hardman and George Harper's Crescendo Productions in Toronto, the program was shot on location in Australia, the Far East, Europe and Canada. It often featured stories on health issues in those regions.
