The Delisles, a middle-class Montreal family, lived at 14, rue de Galais. Written by André Giroux, this serial drama told the story of several characters whose lives were all quite distinct, going from the temperamental mother to the delinquent golden ager.

The series made its debut on February 23rd 1954, and between 1954 and 1957, Radio-Canada broadcast 125 episodes, directed by Jean Boisvert, Georges Delanoë and Denys Gagnon. 14, rue de Galais starred Paul Hébert, Mimi D’Estée and Robert Gadouas.
